Newby Bridge House has been recently  refurbished to a luxurious standard and whether in the house or the garden it is the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whatever your interests, Newby Bridge House has it all, at the bottom of the garden, you have direct access to the water for canoeing or paddle boarding.  Whilst friends can relax and laze in the sun. On colder days, it’s just as breath taking. Perfect for getting all wrapped up, sitting with a cuppa and listening to the relaxing sounds of the river.  A magical place to escape from everyday life.

Step inside and you will find period charms blend perfectly with a contemporary style. The entrance porch/hallway with original Victorian tiles leads to 2 stylish Reception rooms, with luxurious furnishings.  The main reception room has a  Log Burning Fire.  Large bay window (recently updated to Stylish Sash Windows) with sumptuous leather sofas and a 50inch Smart TV with Netflix. The second reception room is a TV/Games /Reading Room overlooking open fields. The Elegant Dining room comfortably seats 8 and is bright & airy. The kitchen is well equipped and has a sperate Utility Room with large American style Fridge Freezer and space for coats, walking boots and wet clothes after a rainy day exploring the Lakes.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms each with its own unique feel.  2 Bedrooms have Zip Link Beds, offering either 4 Double Beds or 2 Twins & 2 Doubles. There are 2 Bathrooms, (recently renovated)  The main bathroom has a bath & walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Outside there is ample private parking for cars, boats etc. plus a secure outbuilding for bike storage. The outside dining area with lighting & a fire pit has a large round solid wood dining table seating 8. A Large wooden bench sofa  with cushions The long lawn leads down to the river where there is direct access to the water.
